RMA PROCESS FAQs
1. Will my old password and user name work?
Unfortunately, no. Our new system requires all users to create a new account. But don’t worry, the process is simple and only takes about 10 minutes.
2. Will I be able to change my password?
Yes. Please call our office and confirm a few pieces of information and we will update the password for you.
3. Will I be able to track my existing RMA Tickets?
Yes. Once you have created an account and submitted RMA tickets, simply log in to the system and click My Tickets. You will be able to review submitted tickets.
4. Will I be notified that my RMA ticket has been received.
Yes. You will receive an automatic email reply from our RMA Ticket Support System.
