Do you service all brands or only specific manufacturers?
We service many major manufacturers across the fiber-optic industry. Including Anritsu, Corning, GN NetTest, EXFO, Kingfisher/Tempo, JDSU/VIAVI, AFL/Noyes, Wilcom, and many. Even if you don’t see your device listed on our website, we may still be able to repair or calibrate it. Contact our team with the make and model, and we’ll confirm compatibility.

What happens if my device is not repairable?
If we determine your equipment is not repairable, we will notify you with detailed findings. When possible, we offer repair alternatives, refurbished replacements, or rental options to keep you operational.
Are your calibrations NIST-traceable?
Yes. All Legacy Fiberoptics calibrations are fully NIST-traceable, ensuring consistent performance, measurement accuracy, and compliance with industry standards.
How will I know when my repair or calibration is complete?
Once your equipment is fully serviced, our team will contact you with completion details, documentation (including calibration certificates), and shipping arrangements for the return of your unit. We do our best to update you each step of the way.
Does Legacy Fiberoptics offer equipment rentals?
Yes. Legacy Fiberoptics offers short-term and long-term rentals on frequently requested fiber-optic test equipment. Rentals are ideal when your equipment is being repaired, when you need additional units for a project, or when you want to test out equipment before purchasing.
