Acquisition of Customer Service
May 2025 – Legacy Fiberoptics is excited to announce its acquisition of the customer service portion of Laser Probe, Inc.
On April 1, 2025, Legacy Fiberoptics took over the customer service portion of Laser Probe, Inc., an industry leader in the light measurement field. Legacy Fiberoptics has the experience and capabilities to provide service for all existing LPI instruments, ensuring Laser Probe customers will continue receiving the same excellent service they are accustomed to. Laser Probe customers can now submit their fiber optic test equipment for service as well, creating a streamlined and efficient process for the customer, utilizing only one service provider.
Increased & Expanded Service Options
Legacy Fiberoptics is committed to continually updating and expanding our services, meeting growing customer needs and expectations in our industry. Through this acquisition, existing Legacy Fiberoptics customers will have access to additional service options for their Laser Probe instruments, while also allowing Legacy Fiberoptics to cultivate new relationships and opportunities with the world-wide customer base Laser Probe has developed over the years.
