Customers needing non-warranty repair or service for a Corning UniCam High-Performance Installation Tool can begin the process by submitting an RMA request through Legacy Fiberoptics.
Once an RMA request is received, the Legacy team will provide an RMA number and shipping instructions. After the equipment arrives at Legacy’s Utica, New York facility, technicians will evaluate the unit and provide service recommendations.
