We also offer fusion splicer reair and cleaver repair services on old to new models from various manufacturers. We know the importance and necessity of having equipment you can depend on; that’s why we provide full service fiber optic test equipment calibration to meet NIST certification requirements.
Distributor of Tempo & Kingfisher Products
With Tempo’s acquisition of Kingfisher, Legacy Fiberoptics is excited to offer customers expanded product options including Kingfisher’s new KI2600-H6 optical power meter. This meter offers additional features and is ideal for portability.
Equipment Sales & Rentals
Legacy Fiberoptics is proud to offer customers the best quality optical testing equipment and fusion splicers from industry leading manufacturers. We offer new equipment from UCL Swift and Kingfisher, as well as refurbished legacy equipment, refurbished splicers, and refurbished ODTR models to meet all budget requirements.
We also provide reliable OTDR, fusion splicer, loss test set, launch cables, and various accessory rental options so you can complete your project without having to purchase more expensive equipment. Fiber Characterization Services
Legacy Fiberoptics is a premier provider of fiber characterization services nationwide. Our fiber characterization service includes a thorough set of measurements performed on a fiber optic cable link to determine its key performance attributes. We run in depth tests, including Optical Return Loss, Power Meter and Light Source, OTDR, Polarization Mode Dispersion, and Chromatic Dispersion, accompanied by customized final reports so you can keep track of all the information for your records.
Fusion Splicer Repair
Legacy Fiberoptics recommends annual calibration for fusion splicer equipment to ensure your equipment is up to date and in working order. The team at Legacy Fiberoptics offers fusion splicer repair services for a variety of manufacturers on old and new models. Our technicians are also trained to diagnose and repair cleavers from various manufacturers. Our team has the experience and knowledge to troubleshoot issues and form a solution to repair the problem so your equipment is operational again.
Service Center for Anritsu Products
Legacy Fiberoptics is an authorized distributor and service provider for Anritsu products. The team at Legacy Fiberoptics has the specific training and expertise to provide full-service repair and calibration services for certain Anritsu models. Because we are located on the east coast, Legacy Fiberoptics is proud to offer quicker Anritsu product service turnaround times for east coast customers.
Service Center for DOERS Products
After DOERS retired, Legacy Fiberoptics was selected to continue their mission and provide superior service for DOERS products’ customers. The technicians at Legacy Fiberoptics utilize the same Corning splice equipment to provide service and repair work for DOERS products, maintaining a high level of quality and customer service.
