Office & Service Floor Coordinator
Position Summary: Self-motivated, high-energy individual who will be processing external customer requests & coordinating the timeline of units for repair in their arrival to their shipment back to the customer. The Office & Service Floor Coordinator will also establish, develop, create, and maintain relationships with existing and new customers while also creating efficient work flows with the team, managing and purchasing, & generating sales.

Fiber Optic Field Services Technician
Position Summary: The Field Tech will operate the provided fiber optic equipment according to the Statement of Work (SOW) for each specific project in order to provide the customer with maximum satisfaction and an excellent customer experience. The Field Tech must maximize their interpersonal skills, experience and product knowledge to gather data or perform work in a challenging environment to benefit of the customer.

Electronics Repair Technician
Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of customer returns for repair and calibration. Tasks may include troubleshooting to the component level on a variety of fiber optic test & measurement equipment. Products to include optical power meters, sources, optical time domains Reflectometer, Polarization Mode Dispersion, Chromatic Dispersion, and Splicing test equipment. Upon completion of repair perform the procedure to calibrate equipment to manufacturers’ specifications. On-the-job training will be provided.
